We have little traffic on River Road. The splendor of each season culminates so dramatically. Because of our unique location, very little noise penetrates the sounds of nature. Visitors can privately explore watershed, mountain, and valley terrain without leaving the property. The Appalachian Trail is ½ mile away , we are 7 miles from the base of the Killington Ski Resort, 2 miles from the Green Mountain National Golf Course, and 12 miles from Rutland, Vermont's second largest town. Being centrally located in the Green Mountains of Vermont, we can justly boast surrounding bucolic scenes and quaint New England towns and villages nestled in forest, valley, and mountain splendor.
